Shipping

Orders will initially ship from Calgary within Canada. Rates must come from configured package details and live or owner-approved manual rates; the site will never invent a shipping charge.

Damage or wrong item

The intended process is to contact support promptly with the order number and clear packaging/item photos. Verified damage, loss, or fulfillment errors will receive an appropriate repair, remake, replacement, or refund remedy.

Custom-product returns

Because each approved piece is made for one customer, change-of-mind returns may be limited once production starts. Cancellation windows, carrier delays, address errors, and unclaimed parcels must be finalized before paid ordering opens.
